"The team here is incredible! The are responsive, efficient, and thorough. I was surprised they beat the pricing of brokers. They also saved friends we referred thousands a year. We've run into several updates and they are always friendly and professional, never making us feel like a burden. "I've been with State Farm for many years, and this was my first time doing a full renewed policy review over the phone. My representative, Ruth, was exceptional. She was thorough, empathetic, and patient, and she walked me through every policy with clear explanations that were easy to understand. There was one program I asked about that hadn't been mentioned initially, and she immediately apologized and followed up with a detailed explanation. She also checked to see if I was interested, and I was. A few days later, I met with her in person to set up the Drive Safe & Save program, and the entire process took just minutes. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. I highly recommend the Kerry Trigg State Farm office in Spring, Texas to anyone looking for auto, personal property, or life insurance.
